Carissa Taylor is a student entering into the last year of her degree in the fall of 2013.  She is pursuing an honours degree with a major in English and minors in philosophy and theatre.

Carissa served as the President of the Brandon University Students’ Union during the 2012-2013 academic year.  She is active within BU’s Women’s Collective, has worked to promote mental health on campus, and advocates for accessible post-secondary education.
