Pat Britton is the Executive Coordinator for the Premier’s Economic Advisory Council, a position she has held since its formation in 2001. Since she began her career more than 40 years ago Ms Britton has held a variety of positions; private and public sectors, non profits and from 1996 to 2001 operated her own business, Britton Resources Ltd. Ms Britton has extensive experience in program development & management, organizational development and in working with volunteers to realize goals and build partnerships.
Ms Britton is a graduate of Brandon University where she won the Hargreaves Mawdsley scholarship in History, has completed Level Two certification with the International Association for Public Participation and is a current member of IAP2.
She currently serves on the Brandon University Foundation Board (former President), Canadian Career Development Foundation Board of Governors (Former Treasurer and Organizational Development Committee Chair) and Canada Day Living Flag Committee (co-founder).
When not at work or volunteering Pat and her husband like to travel and indulge their passion for ballroom dance.
