The primary objective of this project is to identify and define practical ways for Community Development Corporations (CDCs) to develop, and increase, their leadership role. The goal is to get rural Manitoba communities to invest in, or invest more in, rural business opportunities (tourism, business and industry), and to better prepare them for planning and managing the rural business development process.
