This report is a first evaluation of the fledging ecotourism industry in Manitoba. Involved is both description and analysis of most existing businesses that in whole or part are based on non-consumptive use of our natural resources. Our hope is that the information provided will assist government and private initiatives in the regulation, expansion and management of businesses based on ecotourism.
