If you are experiencing a personal crisis, or significant difficulties, help is available.
Early indications may include:
- Confused thinking
- Prolonged depressive symptoms such as sadness, feeling “blue” or irritability
- Feelings of extreme highs and lows
- Excessive fears, worries and anxieties
- Seeing or hearing things that are not there
- Growing inability to cope with daily problems and activities
- Suicidal thoughts
- Substance abuse
