Brian studied Jazz Guitar Performance at Concordia University in Montreal and Music Education as a  Masters student  with a focus on Jazz Pedagogy at Brandon University. He has had a wide variety of performance and recording experience. Brian continues to perform as a jazz guitarist in and around Winnipeg and Brandon and has been teaching guitar at BU since 2008.
