Financial Assistance
Each student has unique financial and personal circumstances. Locating financial resources to support your studies will involve investigation of options that you are eligible for.
Some areas to investigate include:
Support from Employers and Unions
Many employers and unions recognize the value of advanced education and provide financial or other supports to enable professionals to pursue relevant educational opportunities.
Student Financial Aid (Student Loans)
Financing your education may prove to be a challenge and may appear to be a hurdle on your road to an education. Financial assistance is available through the Canadian (www.canlearn.ca) and Provincial (www.studentaid.gov.mb.ca) government student loan programs for eligible full-time students who are Canadian citizens or landed immigrants.
Most financial institutions offer student lines of credit as well as other banking options. Amounts vary at each institution.
