Whether you have been with Brandon University for a while now or have just arrived, please mark your calendars and join us for a series of virtual opportunities to learn more about the resources and services available to you, and about the University as a whole.

In the latter part of August and into September, colleagues from across campus will provide valuable insight into important policies, practices and tools in a series of one to two hour virtual sessions.

On August 26, we look forward to having BU President & Vice-Chancellor, Dr. David Docherty join us to officially welcome new faculty and staff to Brandon University, offering insight into who we are as a campus community. In addition to the series of virtual orientation sessions, we are pleased to highlight a couple in-person opportunities including the BU Teaching Enhancement Conference and a Campus Tour.

For planning purposes, please send an email to Erica Brown at browne@brandonu.ca to confirm your attendance and indicate which sessions you plan to attend. You will then be sent a meeting invitation for each session, along with a link to join via Zoom or location details if you are attending the in-person conference or tour.

With the support of your faculty and department leaders, we highly encourage you to attend as many sessions as you can, offering helpful information in support of your work at the University and the chance to connect with colleagues.
