Qualifications/Experience:

An advanced undergraduate student registered in an undergraduate degree program at Brandon University, with a strong training in scholarly writing and communication in the Humanities and Social Sciences.

Previous experience as a Research Assistant will be considered an asset.

Duties:

The Research Assistant for this project:
-Find references to particular words in the Bible. And provide translation from ESV, King James (Original), NIV, Message, etc.
-Find all references to same words in the apocryphal texts (those recognized by the Roman Catholic Church), and then other texts, such as the Gnostic Gospels, Dead Sea Scrolls, Nag Hammadi.
-Compile all of the above references into a searchable document.
-Find scholarship and Christian Theology relating to the topic.
