Memorandum of Understanding
International Cooperation Agreement
Brandon University, a public, post-secondary institution in Manitoba, Canada and North University of China agree in principle to enter into an international partnership agreement.
The parties named in this agreement are interested in developing a variety of collaborative activities aimed at enriching the student experience and achieving internationalization objectives of the respective institutions.
The partnership will focus on, but not be limited to, the following opportunities:
- study abroad at Brandon University
- student exchanges
- faculty/staff exchanges
- transnational/articulation programs
It is understood that each institution will work within their respective institutional guidelines and adhere to the laws and regulations governing the institutions. As each opportunity is developed, a formal agreement will be presented which clearly articulates the roles and responsibilities of each partner, delineates liability and identifies appropriate human and financial resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
