Eileen is the Indigenous Student Success Officer in the Indigenous Peoples' Centre at Brandon University. She is an alumni of Brandon University and has three sons, one of which currently attends BU. She is a member of Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation and grew up most of her life in Brandon as well as in Northern Manitoba as a young adult.

Eileen's employment background includes working as the Student Recruitment Specialist at Assiniboine College and the Indigenous Student Recruitment and Transition Officer in Student Services at BU. She has many years of experience working with Indigenous youth and families during her career in Child and Family Services as a Case Worker.
