In order to use the online student registration and online student information systems, you must use your username (known as your student UserID) and password.

If you are not sure what your username and password are, you must claim your id. If you are having problems logging on or have forgotten your password, contact the Help Desk by calling 571-8500 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday or by email at HelpDesk@BrandonU.ca

You also use this student UserID to access your Brandon University email account accessible through the web. Be sure to check your email regularly for information concerning registration and tuition deadlines, online registration confirmations and other important student information. YOUR EMAIL SPACE IS LIMITED AND IT CAN FILL UP QUICKLY. It is important to delete email to free up space and ensure you continue to receive online registration confirmations and other important email from Brandon University.

It is recommended that you DO NOT forward your Brandon University email to another email account (e.g. yahoo, hotmail, etc.). You should use and check your Brandon University email account for University purposes only.
