Brandon University shall reimburse employees using their own vehicles and traveling on University business, at current National Joint Council rates for the province of Manitoba.  The current rate as of April 1, 2024 is fifty-four (54) cents per kilometer.

Per Diem Rates

Brandon University shall reimburse employees traveling on University business at the rate of:

Within Canada ($68.00 per day)

• $17.00 breakfast
• $17.00 lunch
• $34.00 supper

Outside Canada (CIDA rates)
