The Role
You will be at the forefront of residential home services marketing, representing Insight Canada. Beyond traditional desk-bound roles, this dynamic position includes fieldwork that offers a wealth of transferable skills. You will master the art of sales presentation, high-level communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving. As a Sales Representative, you’ll receive in-person training daily and be expected to learn and compete within a team environment. The daily routine consists of a morning meeting followed by 6-8 hours of prospecting and closing deals. This is not a typical 9-5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily strategy meetings to discuss advanced sales techniques and best practices,
- Sales and Prospecting: canvassing pre-assigned areas, delivering 75-100 sales presentations daily,
- Closing: Successfully onboard prospects to Insight’s annual residential service program,
- CRM Management: Recording all sales activities in our system.
Compensation:
Although this is a commission-only sales contractor position, you can expect to earn between $15,000 - $25,000 CAD in a three-month period based on our company’s historical averages. It should be noted that this position’s compensation is uncapped, and is entirely proportional to the amount of sales you make.
