Description

We are currently hiring Research and Design executives, with Computer Science backgrounds, to help us expand the programming we offer our students.
This is a volunteer position that can lead to a paid contract.

To apply you MUST be a student in a Canadian post-secondary institution. Students with a Computer Science background is preferred.

This is a volunteer position that can lead to a paid contract.

Duties:
- Creating lesson plans in STEAM topics

- Revising existing lesson plans

- Assisting tutors in trouble shooting lesson plans
- Providing feedback to other R&D coordinators and integrating feedback received.

Responsibilities also include:
- Time commitment of 5-10 hours/week
- Weekly meeting attendance
- Meeting quarterly requirements and weekly goals

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of computing concepts
- Can work well independently and in team settings
- Passionate about the world of our organization
- Relevant CS or CPEN courses are preferred

- Minecraft experience preferred
- Teaching experience preferred
