Position: Interim Principalship
School: Gladstone Elementary School
Assignment: 1.00 FTE
Start Date January 23, 2025
End Date: April 15, 2025 (or until return of incumbent)

Candidates will be selected for interviews based on the following:

  • Valid Manitoba Teacher Certificate
  • Demonstrate Leadership qualities
  • Previous educational leadership or teaching experience

  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Ability to facilitate decision-making processes
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in order to meet student needs

  • Demonstrate commitment to his/her own Professional Growth
  • Completion of or working toward qualifications of Educational Administration (Level 1 or 2 Certificate)
  • Completion of Post Baccalaureate in Administration or Special Education an asset
