We’re currently looking to welcome a CPA Student to our Brandon and Russell offices!

What you’ll be doing:
 Perform compilation and review engagements for various business entities, including
financial statement preparation.
 Conduct audits for small and medium-sized not-for-profit organizations.
 Participate in municipal audits, gather required information, and assist the audit
supervisor/manager.
 Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting
standards.
 Manage general ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances.
 Prepare and file GST/PST returns and T2 corporate tax returns for clients.
 Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and provide support.

Who we’re looking for:
 Someone who is currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a CPA program.
 Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting, public practice is preferred.
 Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 A detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills.
 A team player attitude with a desire to support others.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
 A person with integrity and strong ethics that can be trusted with confidential financial
information.
