Are you...
- A recent university graduate or about to complete a degree (bachelor's or higher)?
- A Canadian citizen or permanent resident? Available for a full-time learning experience from September 2025 to June 2026?
- Non-partisan and interested in learning about different political perspectives?
- Passionate about Parliament and public policy making?
- Excited to learn through both hands-on experience and academic seminars?
Over 10 months, the 12 Interns will:
- Work for both a government MP and an opposition MP
- Study Parliament and Canadian politics
- Undertake study tours to the US Congress, UK and EU parliaments, Nunavut and more
- Meet with leading government officials, journalists, academics, and policy makers
- Earn a graduate certificate in Public Administration from uOttawa
- Receive a scholarship of $35,000
