Ravi Dwivedula
Professor Dwivedula’s research focuses on (i). exploring work motivation among generation Z workers, and (ii). Investigating work motivation in the context of temporary organizations. He has more than 60 publications (articles in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, book chapters, & teaching case studies) to his credit. He has previously served as the co-chair of the business administration department ; on Brandon University Faculty Association (BUFA) executive, and has extensive experience in higher education management broadly in academic program & development, leading undergraduate programs, program accreditation, institutional quality assurance, and academic hiring. He has worked previously in France, India, Singapore, and UAE. He holds a PhD from SKEMA Business School (France), and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
His teaching interests are in the areas of human resource management, and project management where he teaches in the university’s undergraduate programs.
