Mostafa Torabi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Brandon University. He has several years of teaching, research, and industry experience in various areas of business in Iran and Canada. Also, he has published a number of research articles and books in business fields, including marketing, information systems, and strategy. Mostafa’s main current research focuses on the applications of social media monitoring to improve customer satisfaction and value proposition for businesses.
