Professor Tsoy is an Assistant Professor at Brandon University. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Management (Digital Technology) at Queen’s University. His research interests focus on IT Project Management and Agile PM methodologies. More specifically, his thesis examines the nature of project team agility and its influence on project performance. His previous work examined the role of trust in Open-Source Software online communities. He previously taught Project Management and Introduction to Digital Business Technology at Queen's University. Mikhail holds an MSc in Management from Queen’s University, Kingston, ON, and BBA in Management from Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea. He previously worked in investment banking and chemical engineering with focus on alternative investments.
