Event Booking Form

Faculty and conservatory teachers must submit an Event Booking request form to book a space or resources in the School of Music.

Bookings should be requested at least three weeks in advance of the required date. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking request is approved

All fields marked with an * asterisk are required, and must be completed in order to submit the request to the Music Office.

Student credit recitals: up to 3 hours of rehearsal time (including set-up time) may be requested,. You may book a maximum of three blocks.
Faculty and Guest Artist Recitals: up to 6 hours of rehearsal time may be requested which must be scheduled in two or three non-contiguous blocks.
